Sawa Missions and Service Learning Trips are a great opportunity for you to serve with Sawa in Western Kenya. As a volunteer, you work alongside Sawa local team of staff and volunteers on different projects. Each team or individual is unique. You get to choose the area of service based on your passion, interest and skills. Opportunities to serve include Rafiki Afya Farm, LightHouse Academy, SomaSawa Program, Youth Hub, Economic empowerment projects, and Community Health clinic. Mission teams are a vital part of our work and create a lasting impact.
Who can serve
Individuals, church groups, college teams, college interns, High school students, graduate interns, women groups, employer team building groups and families are welcome to serve with Sawa Length of service may be arranged from short term (10 days to 6 months) to long term (6 months to 5 years).
