- Around 1 in 5 rural girls who start school do not complete high school – pushed out by early marriage, pregnancy, and lack of access to basic needs like sanitary products.
- 35% of young people cannot secure employment despite completing basic schooling.
- 44% of girls and women lack the job and business skills needed to participate in the economy.
